When you pay the monthly fee for our Internet services, complete the payment form as it is shown in this guide. Our recommendation is to make all payments through banks, because of the speed of implementation. Payment can be made to any of our 4 bank accounts:

    1. Filling the payment form

• In the field Uplatio je, enter your name and surname, telephone number, and also location (town) where you use our services.
• In the field Svrha doznake, enter your customer number, and in Chapter 2 of this guide is explained how you can find that number.
  Note: If a legal person pays, in the field Svrha doznake, enter the customer number, not the number of invoice.
• In the field Primalac, enter DASTO semtel doo, Bijeljina.
• In the field Račun primaoca, enter one of our 4 bank accounts, which are listed above.

    2. Customer number

Customer number that you need to fill out a payment form can be found in the following way. On our Web page www.zona.ba click on the link MY ZONA , as it is shown in the picture below.

Then enter your username and password to get access to your account.

When you get access to your account, you can see all the necessary information. In the figure below is shown where is the customer number, which you should enter on the payment form into the field Svrha doznake.
