You can use new test SMS system to give notice for payment of monthly subscription by sending SMS message to phone number: +38766807444. In this way we meet all users, who want to get access to the Internet quickly and at any time by simply sending an SMS message. The system will automatically activate your account for the next 24 hours, and we think that is enough for payment to be booked through the bank and therefore you account remain active, so you can continue with normal work. Also we want to advert you to make payments only through banks in order to avoid potential problems due to delayed transfers, which are sometimes delayed by 3-4 days or more when you make payment in the post office.

Message that is sent must be in specific format. The system will accept of these two following message formats:
Format 1: UPLATA CustomerNumber
Example 1: UPLATA 16541
- Customer Number is the number under which you are registered as user in our system and this number is different and unique for each user. Your number is 16541 and you would use the SMS activation with the following message: UPLATA 16541
Format 2: UPLATA username
Example 2: UPLATA zona
- Username is the username that you use when you are applying to the system. If you do not know your username, please call our Support center, which operates 24x7x356, on telephone number: 055 / 232-606 or by e-mail address: support@zona.ba
If the system recognizes the message, which means that it is spelled correctly and that the data is valid, system will activate your account for 24 hours.
Also, you can use this new test SMS system to sign any problems with the connection by sending an SMS to the phone number +38766807444. Message that is sent must be in a specific format depending on the client who sends SMS and information which client has about his/hers account. The system will accept one of these three following message formats:
Format 1: Applies to users who know their password:
PROBLEM PASSWORD XXXX TEXT_OF_MESSAGE (XXXX - user password)
Example: PROBLEM PASSWORD 19856 There was an error 718 during the starting of connection. Please check the matter.
Format 2: Applies to users who know their username:
PROBLEM USER XYZ TEXT_OF_MESSAGE (XYZ - username)
Example: PROBLEM USER atos981 An error 718 occurs during the start of connection. Please check the matter.
Format 3: Refers to the Profi, the VPN clients, as well as other users who do not have a username, or do not know their password:
PROBLEM NAME ABC TEXT_OF_MESSAGE (ABC - is name of the company they represent)
Example: PROBLEM NAME dasto semtel Our ping is increased. Please check the matter.
NOTICE:
- Letter size (low case, uppercase) is not important
- All messages that are not written in any of these formats are considered to be wrong and will not be taken into consideration
- SMS system is in the testing phase, and we kindly ask you to have that in mind
