• Contracts:
EXTRA: 1 year
FLEX: indefinitely period (month per month)
• In the case of exceeding a monthly limit, the flow is automatically reduced to 64/64k (for FLEX XS package, speed is reduced to 32/32k). Speed and monthly bandwidth are automatically reset with the following payment.
• FLEX and EXTRA packages are available for ONLY business purposes! For business needs, please use the Price list ZONE Business offer
• The existence of technical possibilities should be established for each user before the signing of the contract
• Option MOBI BiH: Allows access to all WiFi base stations at the level of BiH, with the extra 9KM of existing FLEX packages

(*1) EXTRA packages:
• Customer pays Dial-up cable 1.5 KM per meter
• Making payments for connection on the loan rate of 5 per 30KM (total 150KM). Please note that payment of connection in the entire amount at the beginning is only 100km.
• In the case of transferring our users between the EXTRA and FLEX package, DASTO semtel charges connection in the total amount of only 80 KM.
ZONA recommends EXTRA packages because of proven high-quality connection and the level of services !
